I work individually with young people and adults who are struggling with psychological distress in its many forms. I find the work of helping clients to understand themselves and their relational patterns incredibly meaningful, and offer long-term therapy to those who are wishing to better understand the ways in which their early experiences shape the way they view and experience themselves, others, and the world.

I completed my undergraduate training at UQ and my postgraduate training at QUT. I have worked across public and private settings including Griffith University, Queensland University of Technology, Child Health Queensland’s Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS), Disability Services, and Hader Clinic Queensland’s Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) rehabilitation service.

A little about me

I am a gardener, lover of cool weather (which calls into question my decision to reside in such a warm and sunny place), and avid listener of true crime podcasts. My practice as a psychologist is inspired by humanistic thinkers and therapists including Esther Perel, Nancy McWilliams, James Masterson, and attachment researchers and practitioners. I believe in the healing that comes from connection, the importance of bearing witness to each others lives, and the nourishment that comes from a sense of belonging.
